  • Cookies, Web Beacons and Log Information – AAI does not collect information about your computer hardware or software, such as an IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, and it is never linked with personal information unless a user consents as described below. When you use AAI’s website, our server does not record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website such as your web request, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

From time to time we may partner or enter into arrangements with another IIB Accredited Executive not employed by AAI to provide specific benefits and/or services to our website users. Any such person is not bound by this Privacy Statement, but is subject to confidentiality restrictions under the IIB Code of Ethics.  In addition, separate non disclosure agreements may be put in place when required.  We will provide such partners with the information that we believe is reasonably necessary for them to provide these benefits or services to you. We will provide you with a means to opt out of receiving such marketing communications from our partners or us you; you may express your preference to not be so contacted by sending a letter, calling or emailing AAI at the contact information below informing us of your preference.

In connection with AAI-hosted training, conferences or other events, AAI provides an attendee list to the sponsors and exhibitors for their respective use in one pre- and one post-conference mailing. If you do not wish to receive the information from such sponsors and exhibitors, you may express your preference to not be so contacted by either checking the appropriate box on the registration form at the time of registration or by sending a letter, calling or emailing AAI at the contact information below informing us of your preference.

If AAI becomes involved in a merger, acquisition or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy Statement.

AAI stores and processes personal information on its servers located in the United States of America.

Except as described in this Statement, we do not sell, rent or otherwise share or disclose your private, personally identifiable information to third parties.
